We work with you to ensure the provided specifications contain enough detail to create a product that meets all your requirements.
Through a consultative research and development process, we ensure the requirements documents outline the operational goals of the device, the type of operator interface and any constraints. This may include costs, timeframes, users, waterproofing, operating temperature or regulatory requirements.
The Define stage mitigates time delays, costs and run-backs during later phases of the process.
We design PCBs that are fit-for-purpose and quality led. To manufacture, you can supply designs or engage us to enhance and modify existing designs.
If at the concept stage, our team will design PCBs based on defined requirements. Our design engineers are based in-house to ensure an agile approach and maximum efficiency during testing, prototyping and production.
Following approval of the design phase, the assembled PCB design files and documentation goes into production at our Brisbane-based manufacturing facilities.
Parts will be procured as required, and the equipment is then assembled and tested. The manufacturing process has complete component traceability with extensive documentation provided following the assembly batch.
