Define
We work with the client to ensure the specification contains enough detail to create a product meeting all your requirements. This usually includes the general operation of the device, the type of operator interface if any and the environmental conditions it must withstand during operation.
Where the client has already created a detailed design this step can be skipped. However technical risks and regulatory requirements including electrical and EMC do need to be considered.
Design
The documents containing all the requirements provide the platform for the design. This may include design of PCBs, Manuals, Metalwork, and enclosures.
Deliver
Following the design phase, the design files and documentation will be forwarded to manufacturing. Parts will be procured as required and the equipment then assembled and tested.
The manufacturing process also involves extensive documentation that follows the assembly batch. This thoroughly documented process is recorded in our Integrated Management System.
